Cette contribution consacre une attention particulière à la faiblesse de la consonne égyptienne « b ». Le phénomène est connu depuis au moins un demi-siècle. Le nombre d’exemples est ici augmenté de manière significative. On constate que la perte du « b » peut se trouver à n’importe quel endroit d’un mot.
This contribution devotes special attention to the weakness of the Egyptian consonant “b”. The phenomenon has been known for at least half a century. Here, the number of examples is increased significantly. It is found that the loss of “b” can be encountered at any position in the word.
